You have probably heard of meditation? ..... But did you also know that dream meditation can help you heal yourself, heal yourself, get to know yourself better and sleep and live mindfulness.


If you really want to dream consciously, daydream or receive visions, grow and develop spiritually as a person, then meditation is a must. You can learn to meditate; it clicks weird "yes dream meditation you can learn", dream meditation you can start enjoying.


Did you know that dream mediation not only ensures soul growth and development, feeling better about yourself, daydreaming, mindfulness and so on, but also sleep better, lucid dreaming, visions and connecting with your source, your base, your intuition.



In recent years I have developed and shared many dream meditations, varying per situation and / or dream connection. You can think of basic dream meditation to advanced and experienced meditation with deep soul growth and development.

I also use many different types of dream exercises that use some form of dream meditation.

Basic Dream Meditation

Step 1
Sit comfortably, relax upright. Not too tight, not too loose. Eyes closed or slightly opened. Take a few slow, deep breaths. This way you relax deeper in a natural way. Your attention remains clear and alert.
Focus on the natural rhythm of your breathing, your heart. If you find yourself distracted, let go of the distraction and return your attention to breathing in the here and now.

Meditation is difficult at first; relaxing and clearing your mind is often a challenge. Start slowly with 5 minutes and then continue step by step and you will see that it is always easy.



Step 2
Keep a close eye on your breathing, your heart rhythm, stay in this relaxed state and let it flow. Go down with your attention and focus on your feet. Feel your legs touching the chair and / or your bed edge. Feel your feet making contact with the ground - feel the carpet, parquet and so on.




Step 3
Become aware of your breathing, your source, your base, your heart, your soul that gently pulls you into the chair or bed with a pre-energy. Pay attention to your feet; Imagine transparent pearl roots growing out of your feet.
Those roots anchor you deep in the earth and ensure that you act, meditate, visualize from your source, your basic dreams.




Step 4
From your roots you see a beautiful transparent energy emerging that touches the universe, the air, the higher and / or that with which you are connected. Watch it flow up from your crown; Take this state to the next step and let everything flow that you might receive.




Step 5
Say the following sentence as support ... I let go ...... you name it ....... and I give it to ...... you name it ...... so they can carry it for me. I am open to receive!.
You can also think of open questions such as. How can I help you? ... What can I do today? .. Who can I meet today?



Step 6
Put this state of your dream meditation to bed. Lie on the bed and relax and maintain the dream meditation status. Let it all go and remember your relaxed state of dreams that let everything flow. It is quite possible that your dream will be fully lived from your base, your source. You are and live from your source the writer of your soul dreams, the vision script.



Step 7
Sleep tight, Sleep is the best meditation out there ... Let everything heal, clear, clean and heal while you sleep.
